IXALGATE PICTURES is a team of creators – Konrad, Mikołaj – specializing in video production, graphic design and photography. Our goal is to deliver cohesive, high-quality multimedia content distinguished by aesthetics and attention to detail. By combining different skills, we execute projects comprehensively – from concept to final publication.

Konrad
Konrad, one of the founders of IXALGATE, is an operator, lighting specialist, editor, creative mind behind productions, screenwriter, and technical support.
Kasia
Kasia shapes our ideas and visual direction, bringing fresh concepts and a strong creative vision to every project. As our lead photographer, she captures the key moments and ensures a consistent, polished style across all productions.
Mikołaj
Mikolaj, Director, cinematographer, photographer, founder of IXALGATE, and designer, also handles IT, color grading, and video editing. He’s the creative engine that transforms ideas into polished visuals.
Grigorios
Director at IXALREC™ and the lead figure overseeing the company’s music department. Composer and lyricist, involved in artist recruitment as well as studio recording and production.
Our Production Gear: Ready for Any Set
Our team arrives fully equipped to handle professional video productions of any scale. We bring a complete lighting setup designed to cover everything from small indoor shoots to full set illumination with consistent, film-ready results.
We work with three high-performance cameras capable of capturing Full HD, 4K, Cinema 4K, and even 6K footage, including high-quality slow motion. This gives us the flexibility to match the visual style and technical requirements of any project.
For aerial shots, we operate two professional drones that provide dynamic, high-precision perspectives from above.
We also supply all necessary cabling on set and carry our own portable power bank, ensuring stable, uninterrupted workflow no matter the location.
